Terms and Conditions for Return and Refund:

1. Applicability: This Return and Refund policy is applicable for purchases made within India only. International orders are not eligible for returns or refunds.

2. Conditions for Return or Replacement: Your purchase qualifies for return or replacement if it meets the following conditions:

• Incorrect Product: If the product delivered to you does not match the item description on the website or if the wrong product is delivered.

• Quality Defect or Damage: If the product you receive has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect, or if it is damaged.

3. Insurance Coverage: Our products are fully insured against damage. In the event of product damage, customers are advised to claim insurance directly.

Please note that any return or replacement request must adhere to the above conditions to be eligible for processing.

Handcrafted Nature:

All our products are handmade by experienced artisans, resulting in each piece being unique. They are crafted using natural materials, thus slight variations in color tone, shape, or size may occur between products, which are not considered defects. Additionally, minor imperfections inherent in handcrafted items should not be construed as flaws and are not eligible for return or replacement.

Discretion and Individual Cases:

We reserve the sole discretion to resolve any issues regarding returns or refunds as we see fit. Each return or refund request is treated as a unique case.

Non-Refundable Circumstances:

Refunds cannot be offered under the following circumstances:

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Failed Delivery Attempts

Recipient Refusal

Non-Compliance with Import Documentation or Tax Payment Requirements

Personalized, Customized, or Specialized Purchase Orders

Return Procedure:

If your purchase meets our return criteria, please email us at myagracraft@gmail.com within 7 working days of delivery, providing:

Order Number

Delivery Address

Reason for Return

Image of Defective or Incorrect Product (if applicable)

Any emails or images for return/refund requests received after 7 calendar days of delivery will not be considered.

Resolution:

If there is a genuine defect in the product, we offer the following resolutions:

Exchange for Replacement or Different Product of Equal Value

Refund of Order Amount within 7-10 working days after product pickup

Refund Process:

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original mode of payment. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued as credit coupons of the same value.

Tampered Packages:

If you suspect tampering with the package, do not accept the item and return it to the delivery person before signing the Proof of Delivery (POD).

Process of Return and Refund:

Intimation of Defect or Damage:

Immediately inform us of any defect or damage via email, including your order number, delivery address, specific reason for the request, and images or other proof of the defective or damaged product.

Submit Return Request:

Submit a return request to initiate the return process.

Return Procedure:

If your location is eligible for reverse pick-up, our courier partner will schedule a pick-up date and time. Otherwise, please ship the product to Agracraft Agra, Taj 1/74, Nalband Rd, Panchkuian, Shahganj,

Agra, Uttar Pradesh 282010 (U.P.)

Inspection and Approval:

Upon receipt, our operations team will inspect each product and approve the refund. Please allow 5-7 days for return processing.

Resolution:

Once approved, replacement products will be dispatched within 3 days, while refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 working days. For cash-on-delivery orders, you will receive a store credit valid for one year.

Cancellation Policy:

Contact us within 24 hours of placing the order to change or cancel on Monday to Friday between 10 AM- 6 PM IST. You may also send an email on myagracraft@gmail.com . However, immediate shipping may prevent cancellation for some orders undergoing finishing or customization by our artisans.
