When using any payment method on the Website, we will not be liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly due to:

Lack of authorization for any transaction.

Exceeding the preset limit agreed upon by you and the bank.

Any payment issues arising from the transaction.

Decline of transaction for any other reason.

All payments made for purchases/services on the Website shall be in Indian Rupees for transactions within India and in US dollars for international markets. Prices and products may change at the discretion of agracraft Agra. Prices may vary for different geographies.

Before shipping/delivering your order, we may request supporting documents to verify ownership of the payment instrument used.

Payment Facility for Buyers:

You enter into a legally binding contract with the seller when initiating a transaction.

You may agree with the seller on any extension/increase in dispatch/delivery time.

You shall notify payment facility immediately upon delivery or non-delivery.

Refunds, if any, shall be made via the same issuing bank or demand draft for Cash On Delivery transactions.

Refunds shall be made in Indian Rupees equivalent to the Transaction Price received.

For electronic payments, refunds shall be made through approved online banking/electronic funds transfer systems.

Agracraft Agra reserves the right to impose limits on transactions or Transaction Price.

We may refuse to process transactions from buyers with a history of questionable charges or breaches.

We reserve the right to reject the receipt of Transaction Price if not satisfied with buyer credibility or transaction genuineness.

SECTION 7 – PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

Certain Products or Services may be available exclusively online through the website and may have limited quantities, subject to our Return Policy. While we make every effort to display colors and images accurately, variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our Products. We reserve the right to limit sales to certain persons, regions, or quantities, and to discontinue products at any time. Descriptions and pricing of Products are subject to change without notice.
